9/11 will be etched in our hearts and minds forever. As Edmund Burke so aptly stated, "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing". Let us NEVER forget, stand still or allow apathy to become the norm. Let us remain vigilant and forever man the watch tower. As for me and my companies, we will remain dedicated to providing the physical security measures necessary to save lives in the future. I had acquaintences in both the Twin Towers and the Pentagon who lost their lives. Of particular note, I remember receiving the call that a young technician (Allen Bandy - sp?) working with one of our business partners was installing an electronic security system in the Pentagon window that was struck. He left behind a lovely wife and 3 small children. Senseless! Join me in THANKS and in prayer for our Patriots, both domestically and abroad, who continue to fight valiently for the Freedoms we all enjoy! M

You reaise very important points Catarina, especially the tenative plan of action. When I was in marketing all of us in senior mangament went through media training and with our PR agency did different senarios and a rough plan of how we would respond etc. Two months later there was a crisis and having thought through the major steps it did alleviate some of the stress and it worked out okay. Another company I worked for didn't and when the brand was in the news for a negative reason it was chaos for a while. Excellent post.

Does anyone know why the Equal Protection claim was dismissed (footnote 2, page 1?) Is this once again a judge playing chess with SCOTUS by avoiding the hot button of granting gays strict scrutiny, or was there a procedural issue, or ? 2 The Court dismissed Plaintiff's claim for violation of the Equal Protection Clause in an Order dated June 9, 2009 ("June 9, 2009, Order"). (Doc. No. 83.)

That's precisely what I'm talking about, Ray. Little Richard was left broke--he never earned a dime in residuals or copyright from his songs--while his work went to the top of the charts. Profits went to people like Pat Boone.....such a MORAL guy!

we do not know the legitimacy of harry oakes we only have hearsay.but why not let him search? if for no other reason just for piece of mind...j hadnt heard about the call before KYRON dissapeared, but the two calls were the day Kaine had an emergancy hearing to get custody so by that point the courts were involved.unfortunantly we dont have all the information, and alot of what we are hearing could be speculation
